Reiki Principle 1 - Just for today I will not anger
I will notice when anger arises, pause before I react. Choosing to breathe, understand what I am feeling, and return to calm.

Reiki Principle 2 - Just for today, I will not worry.
Worry is like a rocking chair - it gives you something to do but doesn't get you anywhere. Release the mental loops that drain energy.

Reiki Principle 3 - Just for today, I will be grateful.
Gratitude isn't just about saying "thank you" - it's about shifting our entire perspective from what's missing to what's present.

Reiki Principle 4 - Just for today, I will work honestly"
This principle isn't just about your job - it's about approaching everything you do with integrity and genuine effort.

Reiki Principle 5 - Just for today, I will be kind to all living things"
This final principle expands our circle of compassion to include everyone and everything around us - people, animals, plants, and even ourselves.

INNER HEALTH

Mikao Usui’s teachings encouraged his students to turn inward, through meditation, self-reflection and connection with Universal Life Force Energy. At its heart, Reiki invites us to remember who we are beneath the layers of experience, emotion and patterns that we have gathered throughout our lives.

The word Reiki can be split in to two Rei means Gods Wisdom, and Ki is life force energy.

Reiki is more than a healing modality — it can become a daily spiritual practice.

Sometimes we carry unresolved emotions, old patterns and experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. Reiki offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect and become more aware of what is happening within us.

Through gentle hands-on practice, Reiki can support relaxation, balance and a deeper sense of connection. It creates space to soften, reflect and reconnect with qualities such as peace, joy, compassion and self-love.

And perhaps one of the most important journeys is learning to come home to yourself again.

Self-love is something many of us struggle to cultivate in our busy modern world.

Receiving Reiki can provide an opportunity to restore balance and nurture your energy.

Learning Reiki offers something deeper: the opportunity to develop your own daily spiritual practice — one that encourages meditation, self-awareness, connection and presence.

It is also about becoming more conscious of the energetic exchange that takes place all around us — within ourselves, with other people and within the natural world.

Reiki is not simply something you receive. It can become something you live.
